This is the second HeartThieves album by Chet Hogoboom and I. A little while back, Chet and I decided it was time to get together to write a few more songs. It has been a long time since the first one. Well one idea led to another and that led to 10 new songs. We wanted to have a variety of songs born from our love for the good old days of Soul, R&B and Rock n Roll. We spent a few years playing together in a band that did a lot of R&B with those glorious horns arrangements and beautiful harmonies weaving in and out of the songs. We had so much fun back then. Anyway this album reflects those roots we so dearly long for.
